Hey guys, I want to access my bios and if I want to enter it, I get a black screen. If I press escape and enter, my pc will shutdown. So, my bios is working but it won't be shown to me. How can I fix it? I tested it via my tv and my monitor (1920x1080). I cant access the UEFI like this issue too

PC: Asus Aspire GX-781

Yes, I tried but if I press the *.exe a window will be shown and close very fast. After that, I restarted my pc and pressed del but all what I got is this black screen.

Its Asus btw

I had the same problem with an Asus motherboard (M EVO something), I had my integrated video card disabled and a Nvidia GTX 960, with a monitor (23" in VGA) and a TV (32" in HDMI), all I had to do was unplug the monitor and the bios was shown in the TV. It seems some bios don't support certain resolutions.

Might need to be launched from a command prompt with admin privileges.

The Aspire GX-781 is a desktop by Acer.

Have you tried plugging the monitor into the motherboard instead of the graphics card when accessing BIOS?

Yes i tried it but nothing changed

Someone said, it could be the fast boot thing on windows that causes problems
