You can mod whatever you want on the 3DS version.
When "exe-modding" is needed on PC, you have to mod the ExeFS too, but you can mod whatever you want.

I am about to call it a night, I got to the point where I made the .3ds file from CND and now just need to crypto fix it and am not sure how. Any advise would help

I am using it and am on the last step and am having issues. Also the guide is not non n3ds exclusive games so it is a little different I think

What is your issue ?
Also, if you can't manage to make a cryptofixed cia, just make a cryptofixed 3ds rom with 3ds builder (using the decrypted files) then convert it into a cia with 3ds simple cia converter (no xorpads needed).

I managed to make a crypted cia / 3ds and am trying to decrypt it now so I can re encrypt it. Making a ncch xor right now and I think that's what I am missing

Yes I have that and am running that to make the decrypted.... hopefully

@gamesquest1 how can I recompile with crypto fix? I managed to decompile it
