I want use my OmegaRuby EUR save file with my rom of Alpha Sapphire EUR, it's possible ?

Yeah, with Save Data Filer. You'll run into story issues from starting the game on Ruby, but they don't hinder progress. Just somewhat amusing glitches.

Are you playing it as CIA? Even further, are you sure you imported ir properly?
