Hacking All my 3ds games gone and homebrew apps gone help!!!

I was having a fun time playing my 3ds when I tried to play 2 games both didn't work yoshi new island and the other I forgot so I deleted them but didn't really delete I forgot what I said so ignored until I saw my worst nightmare all my 3ds games gone and all the homebrew apps gone I have some sussy thoughts on what might have happened and it had to do with the 2 3ds games I mentioned so is there any way I can fix this problem also I have no computer bought this online.
