Advice for best possible SATURN emulation?

I really want to play some Saturn games on my PC, of course in the best possible quality

I'am just playing around with...

- satourne_beta_3_update
- SSF_012_beta_R4
- yabause-0.9.14-win64

I can only get some games working with yabause-0.9.14-win64. Can anyone suggest me with which emulator/configuration i can get the best results?
