Just do what the guide says, what part on you on?
Part 3 (REDNAND)
  1. Open Luma3DS (this can sometimes black screen, just try again)
  2. Activate "Show current NAND in System Settings"
  3. Press Start to boot RedNAND
    • You must launch Luma3DS from the Homebrew Launcher every time you want to boot RedNAND
    • Be patient, this initial boot has been reported take as long as two minutes for some users!
  4. If you boot into the home menu, you have successfully launched RedNAND
One of the option selected is "autoboot SysNAND"

Just do what the guide says, ignore anything the guide didn't say.

It only ask to enable that one option so the word "EUM" appears next to firmware version on system settings, so you know your using EMUNAND. That is all. To prevent confusion with SYSNAND

It says once I press start im in REDNAND. Will it say anything like RED 9.2.0 in system settings?

Yes, if it says EMU or RED It means your using that NAND. Most likely it wll say EMU But it both the same as far as i am concerned.
So I just selected Show current NAND in System Settings", pressed start, it send me to the home menu, checked the system setting and it said sys 9.2.0. Did it messed up?

It says it takes multiple tries.

I don't know I did it right because it says sys, but the guide says if it boots to the home menu, im in REDNAND. Just hoping I didn't mess up.

I think about buying a New 3DS and I readed some stuff about CFW here.
I don't think I understand everything now, but is it right that if I buy a new "Nintendo New 3DS" it's possible without any flashcard or something like that to install roms? I just wonder because there must be some reason for the flashcards which support 3DS games or are they something needed previous?
All these new terms seem to be rather confusiong for me

As long as the firmware isn't 11.0 you can play roms but you need a sd card and follow a lengthy tutorial to get it hacked to play the roms. You don't need a flash card at all, but the tutorial was pretty hard for me I updated one 3ds to where it can't be hacked and had to buy another one, but on the second one I got it.

Yes if you install custom firmware on that New Nintendo 3DS. You can download the ROMs in .cia format, install those CIAs with a CIA installer like FBI (after you set up custom firmware), and play them as if you bought them from the eShop.

Wow, this is incredible.
I saw that you can use the eShop with the Homebrew Launcher. Therefore I guess it's still possible to use the eShop with a CFW installed.
But is it also possible to purchase and download things with such a piracy firmware? And if so, do these CFW spoof the shop that I still use the normal firmware (don't want to get banned)?
