Just today, Nintendo 3DS firmware 11.4.0-37 has been released. I saw no other posts on this so far, so I am posting it. Here is what I found so far has been either temporarily or permanently broken/patched.

BootNTR Selector: Working with latest version (2.7.3)

UDSploit: Patched

Soundhax: Patched (Finally Nintendo... Lmao)

Safehax: Doesn't work without UDSploit, so therefore broken.

11.4.0-37 fixes the slowdown bug for some games like OOT3D that 11.3.0-36 has introduced. Confirmed by @Feffe

Please let me know if anything else got patched. Yes, of course, if you have A9LH+Luma3DS, you can safely update.

Httpwn bypasses updates. For now it works fine, but if you're on 11.4 when the next update rolls out, you're SOL.

Install the updates in freeShop. Httpwn being broken isn't a big deal. By the time an 11.5 update comes it might be fixed. And you only need it when you're on a firmware that's less than the latest.

Gee I can't wait for 11.5 firmware because 11.4 literally has nothing new to offer just like the past updates. The stability might finally be stabilized enough to stop releasing stability only patches.

Don't you know? Nintendo is all about that stability! They won't stop until a 3DS is stable enough to support the weight of a semi.

Just tested, exact same performance as before on 11.3, or at least no noticeable difference.

I didn't expect a huge bump in performance, just that they'd patch it to work on 11.4

Ah, yes. A good point. I've yet to test out the streaming yet (wifi here sucks). I'm assuming your internet it pretty good, how well does it stream? Near flawless or rather finicky?

Nope, you still need 11.2 payloads on 11.4
