Hacking 0rangechicken's Golden Sun

So I installed the WAD, everything works fine but I want to use my golden sun save that I made on the computer (VBA). I transferred the save data from the wii management menu to my SD card but it's completely different than my save. So how do I use my save on the wii?

You need to use Save Game Manager to decrypt an already made save, then find the 8/4/"whatever your Golden Sun save is" KB file (whatever filetype it is) and Rename your save to whatever the file is called. Then reencrypt it and then boom!

Copy it to your Wii and play with your save. I did this with my Earthbound save and it worked like a charm.

That did not work =/
I started the savegame manager, extracted the save (no encrypt/decrypt feature there so I assume you meant extract) it gave me a folder with an index, banner and savegamedata file. the savegamedata was a .bin file and a completely different size but I still tried renaming my .sav file to savegamedata.bin, put it back in the wii and nothing.

Huh. I don't know then. Most likely since it is a special build VBAGX emu encrypted and used in the GBA/GBC/GB VC games 0rangechicken has been making, they have a special save type?

I'll try it out with a GB inject and if I can get it working.
