Yep, I just download it from eShop, I'm from Chile with USA as country in settings tho.
This is why Haxchi is a thing, it works on pretty much any DS title which they are at least in pretty much all regions avaliable while Amazon it seems to be avaliable in selected parts of America and Europe.

But HAXCHI costs money. People who want free games don't want to spend $10 on an exploit game.
Welp there's still the web exploit for 5.5.2 but not only they want free gaemz but they want it fast and are too lazy to do a couple of clicks.

Yeah but the Amazon video on demand app isn't really avaliable in every region.
