Homebrew [Release] Cthulhu - app for managing play time, step history and cached icon data

When I try to clear software library I get a Failed to delete software library data.
And if I delete software data, I get a full screen of red zeros Writing entry data 1 to file...... ERROR 0xd8e007f7.
The 3DS then crashes saying an error has occurred and reboots.

Is it possible with this program to remove certain titles from play time history instead of just deleting it all completely?

Tried Cthulhu due to the banwave, tried the test menu option out of curiosity, but now everytime I boot with UNITINFO patched it only shows a black screen (not backlit) .
When not patched it's like my 3ds is constantly running on extended memory mode. Returning to home menu from any app causes the 3ds to soft lock and I can't get Cthulhu to work again.
Anyone can help me with this or should I sacrifice my sanity to the old one?
I'm on o3DS with b9s + luma btw

You need to have test menu installed. It's against the rules to share it here, but a quick google search should do.

Wait, so do I need test menu installed in order to use Cthulhu again? Sounds a bit too much work just to disable test menu and hopefully get my 3DS back to normal.

So I tried to remove all CFW related stuff from my activity log, and it pretty much worked flawlessly... except for Cthulhu itself. As in, I remove it's entry in the Activity Log editor, but once I shut it down and go to Activity Log it pops up as a new software, with one launch and used for like a minute. That is from the CIA version of course.
To remove it fully I wanted to use the .3dsx version, but, it doesn't seem to work? 1.3.1 doesn't start at all (crashes on red screen). 1.3 starts, but when I go into editing Activity Log I get this:

Once it loads all entries display as a single question mark and can't be edited obviously. Does the homebrew version require launching something on top of it? (HBL launched through SoundHax)

I got these errors, I opened activity log and nothing was there, opened a random title, went bac into cthulhu and tried again and the errors seemed to go away, might be because the title list is empty.

That's because Cthulhu runs on extended memory mode, rebooting the 3DS before starting up, hence causing it to hang as it's trying to boot into test menu.

I didn't empty Activity Log, I only deleted certain positions, while leaving the rest intact.

Saw a possible flaw in 1.3.2 .CIA: it states to be "Cthulhu v1.3.1" on the opening screen.
I deinstalled the app via system settings and re-installed via FBI to be sure I did not install the old 1.3.1 by accident.
Can anyone confirm the wrong version in starting screen?

Some titles show up red when I try to edit software library, what does it mean? Some of them even have no name, just a titleid

Red ones are hidden on activity log.
Titles without name are either blank entries or their cache is missing (not really an issue).

I need to turn off the TEST Menu option, because I curiously turned it on, and ACCIDENTALLY chose to reboot. I try to go to cthulhu to revert the change, but the app stays in black screen.
EDIT: NVM, gone to Config and disabled the test menu.

How do you exactly make backups of PTM savefile? Also I tried accessing it from homebrew but ony got black top screen and red bottom screen.
