I've used SDIO Nand Manager before to successfully dump my MLC, SLC, and SLCCMPT. I was also able to successfully inject/restore my MLC back to my SD card.

However, after trying to dump the MLC once again a few days later, it generates this error: 'Read failure on 0 0 27'. I can dump the SLC and SLCCMPT just fine, but I can no longer dump my MLC. Note that I am running the program as administrator, tried messing with the compatibility options, and even tried searching for this error online. I stumbled upon this, but I'm running an even newer version of SDIO Nand Manager (it's not called extractor anymore): version v1.3.

Anyone have any solutions?

This error means that the program was completely unable to read a piece of your redNAND.
The only thing I can suggest is that you try re-dumping your redNAND.

So like running the redNAND installer again and overwriting the redNAND that currently exists on the SD card? Don't you have to format the SD card first to get rid of the previous redNAND and then retry the installer?

If you mean try re-dumping using SDIO, I've tried numerous times already and I'm bounced back the same error. I've also tried reinserted the SD back into my computer and then trying again to no avail. I've also tried running SDIO to dump on another computer to no avail. :(

Also, if it is unable to read the MLC, is it because I tried injecting before or that it is partially corrupted despite working on the Wii U?

If it was corrupted, the reason why it still works on the Wii U is probably because the system does not try to read from there.

Yes, that is correct. (unless you're comfortable using the "dd" command, which I'm certainly not)
