Can these characters actually do supports? I'd love to learn how to get them to that stage. I used FBI to put the DLC in and I didn't have any issues that I know of. I'm very new to all of this so I guess there is just something I haven't noticed. Also, the Units have very little to no dialogue?
They can support to a certain extent, but that would have to be added through a separate romhack and not through the DLC.
And of course they have little to no dialogue, these are units that were never meant to be playable in any way shape or form, every piece of dialogue for every unit is written down, there's no "generic" dialogue that the game uses for them, with the exception of the level ups, where the game defaults to ".....!" if none are found.
You're more than free to add any dialogue yourself.
For FBI, it has varying degrees of results, while BigBlueMenu will never fail as long as you follow instructions.

If we are able to do something like this, would it be just as hard or easier to get a file that would inject the Japanese Accessories?
This dlc can't be used without a set up that allows for CIA installation. If you don't know how to install a CIA, then your set up probably doesn't allow for it.
Most likely but there is other ways to get these unit's, the easiest method imo being using a Global file backup from someone who has the amiibo in their logbook and buying them.

Can confirm that people without the custom DLC can see Lilith online and the Witch appears has a outrealmer in the bottom screen online.

Also i just noticed the Witch can use Staves/Rods online
even when reclassed she can always use them and when she is a Dread fighter it doesn't show she can use them but she can still use them i'm gonna have fun with that.

32GBs is the baseline for 4K video editing these days and lots of recommendations for 64GBs but for games 16,GBs is honestly plenty for a long time.
