Nope, same as ever since v1.

I've had problems finding characters before, and my best suggestion is to try to search again.

Assuming you mean cart, it saves to the 3DS extra data there is no known way to get and use this without a 3DS with CFW.

Did you delete your old DLC before installing?

Did you install using Dev/bigbluemenu?

i deleted the extra data and installed using FBI

Don't use FBI, it never works well with DLC, use BigBlueMenu instead.

You could try porting them or asking someone to do so when the EUR version comes out, just know that I'd have no way to test it.
