Hello everybody,

I just ordered some Sky3DS+-card for my New Nintendo 3DS.

Following the official instructions (http://www.sky3ds.com/sky+.html) and some Youtubevideo () I did the following steps:

- downloaded the "firmware.bin" from the official site
- formatted three different microSD-cards (Transcend 16 GB MicroSDHC Class 10, Transcend 8 GB MicroSDHC Class 2 and SanDisk Ultra 16 GB MicroSDHC Class 10) to FAT32 with a clustersize of 64 kb
- putted the firmware.bin on to the root of the MicroSD
- placed the MicroSD into the Sky3DS+
- plugged the Sky3DS+ into my laptop

It did recognize as a Unknown WARIO Drive or smth. As the instructions say it should then flash red for some time (install the firmware.bin), but it just flashes green for a few seconds and then the light turns off... When I place the Sky3DS+ into my New Nintendo 3DS nothing happens.

Do you know a solution for that? Why doesn't the firmware install?

By the way, I ordered my Sky3Ds+ at an official reseller for Germany (spitzekarte.com).

Thank you so much in advance.

Ur case shd be the sky3ds+ already being flash to 112. :)

Now try putting a rom. The sky3ds+ shd create a setting.txt.

U can check the fw no on the micro sd.

Okay, do I have to rename the rom before? Or just put the xxx.3ds file onto the root of the microSD?

I tried now. Just putted some rom onto the MicroSD. When I plug the Sky3DS+ with she MicroSD into my Nintendo, it does nothing :( it doesn't even flash green.

Also, there is no Settings.txt file created :-/

My Nintendo is on 10.7.0-32E

EDIT: Tried some other rom, it works :D I just have another question now. I have some rom bigger then 4 GB. I cant put it onto the MicroSD because of FAT32 limitations... so I can't play bigger games? (like "Bravely.Default.EUR.3DS-CONTRAST.3ds")

thank you!

Use 3dsexplorer to trim the rom. :)
