Thanks for the answer,I tried to do that on a 128gb sd card,I formatted in fat32.
I then loaded an emunand on that card and although the games worked BigBlueMenu didn't,when I tried to open the program I got an error message then it took me back to sysnand.
Not sure why this happened,but I can't install any more games on that card which defeats the purpose.
Because the games don't cover preinstalled anymore, now Nintendo puts voucher codes inside the box and you redeem them in the eShop.
Nintendo realized legit cias were a really bad move, we won't see any new legit cias anymore.

Something I want to know about CIAs.
Lets say I install a game, (MHX) CIA onto my Emunand, 9.2.0. The requirements to run the MHX as a 3ds file is 9.9X (? I believe). Will the game still run properly on 9.2 EMUNAND or will the condition that MHX will only run on 9.9X continue to exist?

You need to firmware spoof and cryptofix (if it's N3DS) the game to play it in a lower firmware, if you don't you won't be able to play the game.
Quick question,
I just set up my EUR N3DS with rxtools and installed a variety of CIA to try everything out. Every EUR cia works but I also have a US RF cia which FBI shows as installed but it doesn't show in my Home Menu, while all the EUR cia's work. It also can not be launched from within FBI.
Is there any specific reason for that or is the cia just broken?

Didn't seem so, the file was broken. Made a cia myself out of 3ds file and that one works.
Making your own CIA is classified as legit. So, I make all my .CIA files. I only download them online if I can't make a .CIA file for some reason
