I have a weird problem. Some time ago when I downloaded it it was running OoT at around 24fps in hardware mode, but now it runs at around 15. There hasn't been any driver or hardware change, and it's the only program where performance has decreased, as all the benchmarks keep giving me the same results. It's the Windows version, on Windows 8.1.
There's also the fact that I can't configure settings in the emulation menu, but I don't know if that's normal or not.

Right now it's working kinda good. It can run some games at somewhat playable speeds on decent PCs. Just wait a few more months and it will probably be pretty playable.

the problem may be the opengl version. check online if your vga supports opengl 3.2 or higher, the update your drivers to the latest one from intel, not windows update. if it does not support 3.2 or higher, then you will need to by a discrete graphics card for a desktop.

I didn't mess my system up at all and only put the files in the same folder as Citra and can easily be deleted. Congratulations for jumping to conclusions. c;You messed up your system by downloading random DLL files and putting them into random system directories of yours. Congratulations
He said I put dll files in random system directories and by doing so messed up my system. He was incorrect so I will correct him.
Sometimes dlls are finicky. The error code provided was what its error was from so they concluded that the dlls are the problem. Who knows what happened on your end?
