Hacking Arm11 error on yoshi new island 3ds cia

Hi. I have my old 3ds

I can play and install every game except Yoshi's new island.

I have arm11 error when start in game menu.

I try to follow TurdPooCharger every step from another forum but it won't work

I cannot find other good dump cia of this game . Anyone has link??

Excuse me if I'm wrong... But that game is from the SNES VC? Because if yes, there's the problem: SNES VC games are only for NEW 3DS/2DS.
NVM, is a 3DS normal game apparently.

On the other hand, have you tried with this Turd's post or with another?

Solve it!!! Problem is my region of 3ds. It is japan.

Use luma locale switcher. Step from this clip :

i tried switch the title to US and EN, same error? My new 3ds LL changed region JP to US same you
