Go here, and follow the instructions. The IPS patches will apply as long as you have game patching enabled in Luma settings, without having to go through NTR. However, they're intended for longer-term usage (as in, not getting instant eggs 24/7) since you can't just freely deactivate them like you can with NTR. You can use both the IPS patches and NTR at the same time (so use NTR to get eggs, IPS to hatch instantly. Get the idea?), but do not overlap cheats.

The hex values and stuff have already been isolated: http://ftp.gbatemp.net/threads/usum-ips-patches.488802/page-32, look for MichiS97's post near the bottom of the page.
Michi's method uses Citra+GDB (whatever that is), a hex editor and breakpoints, which is incomprehensible for 'normies' like me but is still an amazing find nonetheless.

I also know to wait for the next release - I just wanted to make it a 'higher priority' addition. I don't mean to rush AnalogMan or anyone else - just point out how useful the code would be.

Any chance of a cheat to make Rotom less chatty? when he starts to like you he just keeps interrupting the game to remind you to heal or save every few seconds.

I've been lucky and Rotom has been reminding me to save during crucial moments in the story or after catching a legendary in the wormhole which made it easier than going to the menu to do it.

In that you're wrong, if correctly converted, it can works fine with current CTRPF.

Maybe someone already mentioned this, but using the Rematch Trainers cheat, you can also re-receive gifts for NPCs, such as Lucky Eggs from Prof.Kukui, the Eevee egg from the Day care lady or even the Poipole from the Ultra Recon! I Don't know if it works with Mystery gifts such as the Ash Pikachu or Rockpuff, because I have already obtained them.

requirement:
luma cfw
godmode9

1. boot into godmode9
2. select "sysnand/emunand SD" depends on your own game installation.
3. select the file in this path: title\00040000001b5100( or 1b50 doesn't matter, this lib file is the same for both game)\content\00000000.app
4. ncch image options -> mount image -> romfs\lunasoldive.cro copy this file to your sd:\luma\titles\your game id\romfs\lunasoldive.cro
5. open the file in hex, go to offset 18630 change the bytes in this order, save it after edit. done.

06 00 00 2A 00 00 A0 E3

to

00 00 A0 E1 03 00 A0 E3

this gives you max level wormhole all the time.
