So it's just an error on my end. Can you explain in more detail the steps, if you don't mind? I can't find what I've done wrong.

Have both options enabled in Luma3DS menu as I listed before and make sure the edited file is in the correct folder

the external firm and module are for the other usage. normally won't be used by end user....

True but sometimes their are issues loading files so it's recommended to use the other option also. (Luma3DS wiki mentioned it's use if external files are not loading)

That's why I recommended it before not knowing the folder wrong folder was used

well this way no one is confused who comes in and starts using it so you're not bombarded with noob questions on "how do i use it" for you to have to keep telling them to enable luma's game patching.

On top of the same thing being asked multiple times now, it was posted less than 24 hours ago exactly how to max out wormhole rarity yourself to drastically improve your chances of hitting legendaries and shinies, in very easy to understand terms. Thank @Ericjwg for the guide, and don't rush the dev. They do this work for free, and I can tell you for a fact that you really do not need the cheat. Especially not that badly.
