This is most likely the best it can get, unless someone will take the time to make one optimized specifically for n3ds.
Well most if not all games are atleast playable, though not "perfect".
There's probably improved stability.Going through a few games atm but not seen any "visible" improvement in them.

Also I got some games to run faster using the PBP format suggested as well as when turning frame throttle off. Sadly this does make some screens run too fast in some games, like FMVs and loading screens.
Is the maximum run speed set to 0.0? That works best with pcsx-rearmed.All hail the stability.
Hmmm i should try PBP format for some of the games.
On the one i tested as PBP eeyup, got some extra FPS with the settings/format still slight sound crackle though much better then before. Is the maximum run speed set to 0.0? That works best with pcsx-rearmed.
How to convert to the PBP-Format?On the one i tested as PBP eeyup, got some extra FPS with the settings/format still slight sound crackle though much better then before.
Still changing the rest of the iso/bin's to PBP atm.
How to convert to the PBP-Format?
Thanks, I´ve found a program called PSX2PSP. It´s very easy to convert my bin-files to the PBP-format.

There's video tutorials on YouTube. There's also a site with loads done already.
This is my experience as well, always had slowdown with Picodrive!Doesn't sound right at all. In the past, I've always gotten Genesis GX+ to work the best on N3DS. However, that was a while ago.
Funnily enough, pretty sure it was the opposite; that PicoDrive ran worse. And that would make sense, since it has 32X emulation packed in as well.
