do any games boot here that don't boot on twloader? (regardless of how laggy they are)

The only game truly playable is Yoshi's island ds, without sound and saves support.

Nds-bootstrap has a pretty good compatibility nowdays plus almost no lag thanks to LRU caché.

Some games still lag a bit till their cached,(Pokemon D/P) and the main dev decreased the LRU cache to 7mb to keep games from going crazy

As much as I'd like to try this I just can't compile anything. I normally just download already compiled stuff and put the files in the right place, whether it be 3dsx or cia.

Ohhhhh, I didn't know that was an alternative since it wasn't listed among emulators in the List of 3DS Homebrew so I dismissed it. Thanks for letting me know about it.

Because it isn't an emulator.. That's why it isn't there.

I recommend using TWLoader, as 3DeSmuME has way lower compatibility+speed than TWLoader's backend, nds-bootstrap, and also 3DeSmuME being discontinued.

No.

Okay so if I buy a 5th gen game I can do the transfer from 4th (ds emulator) to 5th and so on right?
