Just today, Nintendo 3DS firmware 11.4.0-37 has been released. I saw no other posts on this so far, so I am posting it. Here is what I found so far has been either temporarily or permanently broken/patched.

BootNTR Selector: Working with latest version (2.7.3)

UDSploit: Patched

Soundhax: Patched (Finally Nintendo... Lmao)

Safehax: Doesn't work without UDSploit, so therefore broken.

11.4.0-37 fixes the slowdown bug for some games like OOT3D that 11.3.0-36 has introduced. Confirmed by @Feffe

Please let me know if anything else got patched. Yes, of course, if you have A9LH+Luma3DS, you can safely update.

Okay, so I've finally updated to 11.4 and got the new boot NTR CFW selector to go with it; now I'm in the Homebrew Launcher and trying to load up Rutile Ruby through hans. Everything was fine before the update but after the update I get stuck on a green screen when I try to boot it up. Any ideas on what went wrong.

The starter kit was updated and I downloaded it. I can load Homebrew launcher just fine, it's just that any apps I try to access go immediately to green screen. I know that a lot of save managers need to be updated, but I'm not sure why Hans won't work at all.

Probably needs more update and stability.
Why don't you try the new Luma3DS LayeredFS support?
It should make things easier. Seems like 7.0.1 fixes some issues that existed in 7.0. It should take up less space than RomFS/HANS. Also make updating mods a lot easier.

Because I was an idiot and didn't even know what CFW or Luma was when I updated. I thought they would never patch soundhax, so I thought I was safe. Now I'm screwed...

Never take anything for granted. No exploit will go permanently untouched until the hardware is completely abandoned. Updates from Nintendo means it's not abandoned. Though I'm hardly one to talk. Forgot to make a backup and updated. Found out after NTR Streaming broke. Now I have to cross my fingers and pray, or back up my saves and go back to my older backup. 11.2 is what I think it was. Important thing is we learn from our mistakes!

My Kids kids 3ds is on 11.3 (cause he uses online stuff - he has not updated to 11.4 yet
He also has a9hl and Luma (updated today as well)
Safe for him to go to 11.4?
He does use Homebrew launcher and NTR to stream to the TV and PC for his Twitch.

It's safe to update. NTR now works with 11.4, but I don't thing streaming for the N3DS works on 11.4, but I know it works on 11.3

If the guy said his kid uses NTR to stream, then no, it is NOT safe to update to 11.4. Video streaming is broken on 11.4 and no word on if it's even possible to restore said broken feature.

It's safe to update, calm down. But make a backup first if you wish to downgrade in the future.

Sure. You could also make a backup right now and restore to it at a later point in time.

thanks for your replys too. Just slightly confused though about NTR in your answer?
SO on 11.4 NTR works or does not work? Can I connect to my PC to stream? The Kid Likes to play online and has a bunch of friends watch him. I think it's kind of cool, he is learning public speaking as he narrates what he is doing while other watch. He is pretty young.. So even if it don't work it will not kill him to wait till it is fixed. I just enjoy the Interaction he has on his stream with people. Fun to watch him mature that way.
