I haven't tested what actually happen, but the write should fail, and than it will just print an error and restart the console, I will test it. Maybe if there is an error I should wait for user input (short press on power button), so he will see the error.If SD runs out of memory, does NAND Dumper freeze whole console instantly?

There are system apps on the MLC, like wii u menu, which is an important app.. if it corrupts for any reason, you are bricked.I'm taking a guess based on limited info i read - but i assume that as long as i dumped it while it is working just fine, then MLC won't be needed as that is just the apps/games installed, whereas the SLC is the firmware partition.
If i brick for whatever reason (which i likely won't CBHC working fine and parental controls in place to prevent removing haxchi) then i would only need SLC and SLCCMPT.
