I meant a single ~3gb ISO with both game disc images in it, not a burned disc.
why would you merge two files into one? doesnt make much sence since both go into the same folder anyway, and i highly doubt nintendont will even be able to see the second iso at all, unless some heavy modification was made on iso check.
Im having trouble trying to load my gc saves from the sd card. The saves folder is there with all the saves I have. I have them indiviual, one mem card per game.

It loads fine in usb gx loader on wii, but not wii u. Is there something missing that I have to do in order to get them to work on wii u as well?

Also not sure if this would be more a problem, but I forget what sized mem cards where used on the saves. The default has them on 251, but it wont load it. I changed it to 59 blocks and same thing. But it works when it feels. Like it because the setting of it on 59 works on wii and sometime 251 works too(like if i leave irt to the default settings.
just take a look at the usbloader settings you have on the wii for memory card emulation and choose the same on vwii nintendont.

if your save files are 2mb each then its 251 blocks the choice and then make sure multi is set to off.

Because it's one file and not two. :P One disc image's offset added or subtracted to the volume ID. It'd be pretty simple, I just didn't know if it was already implemented. I'll look at it myself.

Right click on one of them and goto properties and a screenshot of that. I want to check the file extension.

Its in .raw format, the modified date is actually 2107 in stead of 2017, maybe that could be why?

I had copy/pasted the files I use on the wii sd card (apps/usbloadergx, nintendont etc) to the wii u sd card so it should have the same settings.

The is a copy of the nindont.cfg on the root of the sd card too if that means anything.

Ok ccool it seems are of the saves are 2048kb (2mb) so they all on 251 cards, nice so ill leave that setting at default.

I got a couple of questions, there's too much information everywhere and I can't seem to find a clear answer.

I got a Wii U with CBHC, and have been playing WiiU games without an issue (I use Wii U USB Helper and WUP installer Y).

I'd be interested in playing GC games using my 64gb SD card. What would be the best way to go? I'M NOT INTERESTED ON WII GAMES, JUST GC. Do i need to hack vWii in order to use nintendon't or can I just skip that?

Also, second question. I got 3 GC controllers I'd use for the GC games. If I buy an USB adapter for Wii U would I be able to use them? Probably yes. Could I usee my Wii U Pro Controller for a 4th player?

Thanks guys!

EDIT: Thanks pedro702!

you cant skip hacking vwii since nintendont only runs on vwii, so you need to hack it and yes, if you buy a wiiu gc adpter(the one for smash) you can use 3 players on it and another on wiiupro or classic controller.

Alright @crediar

What can we do to motivate you to finish your multiplayer work for Mario Kart Arcade Triforce games?

Money? A comedy routine? Sing a song in your honor? Yell out how awesome you are from the top of a large building? Invite you over for beer and video games? Bake you cookies? Stitch you a quilt? What can we do?!

Every time it stalls out, and despite your best efforts to keep everything out in the open for anyone to pick up, no one takes up the mantle to get it done (including me, all that stuff is way over my head, I'm garbage). You're our only hope!

What can we do to motivate you to finish so we can all enjoy your incredible work and some epic Mario Kart Arcade amazingness the way it was meant to be played. There must be a way!

Yes, I also tried 4.435. That's what I meant by latest - 1.
I want to report back that after switching out my WD MyPassport for a USB stick I was able to get it to function. Based on some other conversations I've had I think the WD MyPassports have trouble waking / sleeping and that's what causes the hang when quitting. Any idea if this is a known issue/any work around? I can use this USB stick but it's only 64 gbs and I'd love to use my 1tb drive.

nintendont cant run gc homebrew at all.

the card save system works on mk gp1,2 and AX.

im guessing the multiisos just arent compatible, i remenber hearing that nintendont had some issues playing multiisos discs.
Okay got it to save AX but it's saving data but not finishing it in GP1(still doing it rn) is that normal and safe to turn off the system?

Hey okay ok the saves are working now, but only on my regluar wii, which is fine but how do I get the wii u pro controller to work on the regular wii? Do I sync it in the nindont app itself or what?

Alright! I just installed the homebrew launcher on the vWii. I want to use Nintendon't for GC games.

Can I install it without installing any cIOS / USB Loaders and such? I'd like to play GC games from my SD card and I don't care about Wii games (I got the ones I want from the WiiU VC anyway).

Thanks!

It did for F-zero AX fine but still saving the game in GP1 rn actually (I can record what's going on and link it if you guys want
after 10 seconds just shut down nintendont, it will never say game saved due to how the patches work on mk gp series.

Hey okay ok the saves are working now, but only on my regluar wii, which is fine but how do I get the wii u pro controller to work on the regular wii? Do I sync it in the nindont app itself or what?
go to your wii menu and hit the wii sinc button and the wiiupro sync button. the wiiu pro will flash for some short time and then shutdown(this means its on the system bt syncs now)
then when starting nintendont or even when any game is running press the A button on the wiiupro and it will sync.

Alright! I just installed the homebrew launcher on the vWii. I want to use Nintendon't for GC games.

nintendont needs no cios, as long as you have a ios58 base homebrew channel installed and didnt installed those outdated as hell base ios61 or whatever hb channels you are good to go.

Game : The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition (specifically Ocarina of Time)
Describe Issue : Hi there. I'd really appreciate your help. I'm having two issues - I'm not sure if they're related. Firstly, the game will occasionally freeze/crash to a black screen when loading a new area/dungeon. The only way of resolving it is to switch the Wii off using the power button on the machine. R+Z+B+down does nothing. The second issue is the game sometimes doesn't save properly. For example, I was about to enter a boss room, so I saved my game before I entered (in case I got the black screen problem). The game did crash, meaning I had to switch the machine off and back on again. But when I loaded the game up again, it took me to where I was around 3-4 saves previously.
Region : PAL
Wii/Wii U : Wii (original white model)
Nintendont revision : v4.436
Last known working revision (if any) :
Loader used (if any) with revision no. : USB Loader GX (Rev1262)
SD/USB Pen/USB HDD : USB HDD
SD/USB Pen/USB HDD make, model, size, format & cluster size : Sony Vaio, 80GB (with 35GB free), FAT32, 32Kb
ISO 1:1/compressed : ISO 1:1
McEmu/Real Mem card and size : McEmu, 251 blocks, Memcard Multi off
Native on/off : Off
Controller used if Native off : Official GameCube controller
Composite/Component/HDMI: HDMI (using Wii2HDMI converter)
Anything else you want to explain: I hope this is all the info you need. Please let me know if you need to know anything more.

Cheers
