you're not even making sense. Let me get the facts straight for you again since you're 2 big of an idiot to get it through.
- Tubehax isn't homebrew
- redirecting DNS isn't illegal
- Not updating isn't illegal
- Tubehax is a server and not homebrew
- DNS redirecting isn't circumventing security
- Tubehax doesn't allow the use of homebrew just blocking updates
- Tubehax has nothing to do with the YouTube app you're claiming it to be
This is all i'm gonna say because it seems you're 2 much of an idiot who doesn't get that
- the dns prevents updates
- preventing the update is so you can stay on a lower firmware
- the only reason you need a lower firmware is to run security loopholes

If tubehax has nothing to do with the YouTube app, then why is TUBEHAX (through the YouTube app) listed as a Homebrew entrypoint on smealum's website? I trust smealum's website over you anyday.

'YouTube user AMurder0fCrows did not agree, however, objecting to a passage in the document that stated Nintendo could apply updates and changes without notice; in practice, updating systems while they're in sleep mode, which in its most harmless guise could be uploads of SpotPass notifications. What this Wii U owner has documented is that, without agreeing to the amended EULA, the console cannot be used — software won't load until it is accepted, and as there's no option to decline the agreement the only workaround is to turn off the power. No agreement to the EULA, no more games.'

Could be taken as, 'You're using a DNS to circumvent our means of forcing you to have our updated EULA and still using our services licensed to you.'

I guess they can push that to YT by saying people are promoting ways to circumvent Nintendo's EULA.

Ultimately, I really wish there was a law that required all EULA's to be written so when read aloud at a normal (English) conversation pace, they'd be no longer than two minutes. Or simple enough for a child to understand.

Why you lyin' to my face when I've already provided proof that it is in fact an old Homebrew entrypoint? Get your facts straight before posting shit that isn't true.

Let me get the facts straight again for idiots like you

- Tubehax isn't homebrew
- redirecting DNS isn't illegal
- Not updating isn't illegal
- Tubehax is a server and not homebrew
- the server isn't running on the system itself so EULA doesn't apply to tubehax
- DNS redirecting isn't circumventing security
-YouTube app itself is an entry point

the tubehax dns was used to boot homebrew before it got patched. in fact, thats how it worked, redirecting youtube app requests to that server, whic loaded homwbrew. but BECAUSE it allows homebrew in past firmwares it breaks the eula

It blocks updates and that's all it does !!!

I've never seen as dumb people as yourself on this forum. Jezus Christ is it that hard to get ?
You know what? You're the idiot, because you have no fucking idea what the hell you're talking about. OH LOOK. Another link to prove you wrong. "Tubehax is an exploit in the 3DS's YouTube application that allows people to load 3DS homebrews. This works on firmware versions 9.0.0-X up to 10.1.0-27. Note: This exploit no longer works due to a forced update to the YouTube app."

*facepalm*

Seems Nintendo still doesn't realizes that to do all of the CFW and A9LH stuff nobody sees Youtube guides , they go to 3ds.guide.
This is only affecting the creators of those channels . 3ds.guide will always be the best guide to install A9LH and stuff and they literally dont do anything by deleting Youtube channels.
