OCDM stands for Online Course Database Manager​

Features*:

• import and export courses, both** 3DS and WiiU
• cryptofix saves (if the game marked your save as "corrupted")
  • Note: this will overwrite the LockoutID in your courses, not in the save file, so please be fair and don't reupload others' courses
• make/apply save snapshots (exports all files which are used in the save)
  • Note: please format your save data before restoring your save otherwise the game could mark your save as "corrupted", and this one is not cryptofixable
• browse SMMDB
  • download courses
  • discontinued

*: these features are in the latest build at the time of editing this post, so functionality in the public build could differ
**: due to differences in the 3DS and the WiiU version, importing a converted course file on a foreign platform could crash the game on loading the course

Once this is actually fully functional then you can but this barely works right now though. Only one function works right now.

I could transfer courses between 3DSes (not with this tool tho) so it should be possible.

Yea by tinkering with ext data you can but not everyone knows what to do manually to get someone else's ext data to work with their game.

Then he should make the tool do it for you, like how decrypt9 will auto decrypt roms on the fly when it dumps them and even trim them!

You can import other 3ds levels to your 3ds. No Wii U levels yet.

It should be doable provided someone sets up a server and something or somebody does the hex editing and renaming after download.

Copy bytes 0x10 to 0x17 from one of your own course files, then owerwrite the same addresses with your values in others' course files. Course files can be found in extdata.

You mean the Progress file? Nope, it's hased, with currently no known way to recalculate it.
