Hardware Uh, how would one reinstall the eShop?

Title pretty much. Need to know for uh... reasons. I'm on a N3DS, 11.2-U.

Is it safe to do a system update?


I'm already on the latest FW, and when I tried opening one of those random spotpass junk software things Nintendo puts on the home screen, it said I had to update to download that software.

This is because the eShop is missing, right?

Download 3DNUS and within it download title ID 0004001000021900 in version 21506, make sure "Pack as .CIA" is ticked and click Download. After that install the CIA with FBI. Done.
