fixed for smash bros but rune factory still with the same problem...
if i move the stereoscopic slider to the max value the rendering issue seems to be fixed (not at all but its better than low value) but that kills the FPS

I think the 3d was broken on the last build since was fixed

try this new one, although use your "user" folder

on the AVX build strangely the citra Slow down was coming of my second Hard Drive..

The avx2 was not made by a Citra dev

I think I auto find the same game you have, and try on a AVX build, my CPU don't support avx2

Compiling in AXV2 has no think to do with the citra files build, it's just used for more CPU speed and power.

i dont have any of those boxes. I am using cmake 3.7 and i just dont know. maybe its the vs studio i have?

No, what happens any errors, you selected the source code folder, then made one of your own to build it in ?, then press Configure and select microsoft visual studio 2015 64 , if you have 2015 fully installed of cause, and dose have to be msvs2015

"stereoscopic slider" red issue are red and blue in side-by-side

As for the red issue in games is when the 3d slide bar is turned off, if just a fraction up it's works fine...
But strangely dose not happen in other games..., yes rune factor 4 is one that dose so

I looked in the source code files and can not see why it would do so... maybe wwylele/jayfoxrox are other github team could view into why ?

So basicly off should mean off, when slide bar is at bottom

When you mean nand, do you mean a nand backup and shared_font.bin?
