The digital ones are encrypted so you can't just download everything from their servers

you can download every mostly as the enc title keys get dumped the only way to play a game early though is for the physical copy to be dumped

Yes, but you NEED this encTitleKey. You're not supposed to have it if you haven't bought the game (by conventionnal means ).

well the security bad because purchases are tied to the console and not just the nnid they will probs not make that mistake with the next handheld they make.

well it lets you download the data early just not play it and thats another bad thing with Nintendos servers it should only let you access it if your logged in on your nnid

You can't download the demo yet. That tik will never work as it is generated with a wrong titlekey.

"purchased" seems like an odd choice of words, like they are taking a jab at pirates or something.

I would of said "full version" since demos are still the regular game but a segment of it.
