What firmware do you have? Just checking because unless it's 11.0 you wouldn't get any benefit from it.

atm I own a normal 2DS which is working fine. Now I want to mod it. I wanted to delete my eShop account, but everytime I enter eShop it tells me that I have to update my 2DS.
Do I have to delete my eShop account before modding, or can it just stay?

Well, i'm a noob, and I thought that Nintendo could've banned me over that account or something if I use a CFW.

So, I used gateway extensively since a little after it came out and have accumulated many .sav files.
I recently made the switch to a9lh luma3ds and I want to know: Is there a simple way to inject all the saves into .cia versions of my .3ds roms? I found a thread where you had to rename the save and then do something with the red card to decrypt it, but I am not looking forward to doing each one individually. I was wondering if a better way was discovered. I could really use the extra SD card and I could sell my red card.

Do customized themes add a delay to the boot time of the 3DS?
Do they also add some time before the power off menu to appear when turning off the system?
A friend of mine seems to have observed this while he borrowed my 3DS that his 3DS is slower for those 2 functions to appear compared to mine.
We both have O3DS with A9LH and the same cfw (Luma) but different themes, he uses CHMM while I used the official ones in the eshop.
We really don't know where the problem lies but assumed it's the theme.

it might be your sd card or how many themes you have, what size is your sd and how many themes do you have?

I'd like to go back to 2.1, for testing purposes. I mean, Old3DS doesn't need patches to run 2.1, why can't we just use sysUpdater to get to that firmware?
use the CTRNAND method. if you really want to go to 2.1 and use it, you need to remove a9lh beforehand.
Uhm... is there a way to boot the original firmware using A9LH? It's used to jump to a payload in the SD. Could that payload be something that tells the 3DS "take the firmware 'x' from the SD and load it"?
no matter what you do, nothing (luma/etc) can boot 2.1 firmware. if you really need to go back to 2.1 you need to remove a9lh.
