Have you put the model files in the 'model' folder?

when you first open program it says it is extracting models with ohana3ds so i let it do that but some models from the game ares still blue cubbs

only like some of them are blue cubes not all of them most are fine just like "waterarea" and some other things ar

If you see only some blue squares it's normal, not every object has a model in the game like the EnemyCounter object, and some objects that are variations of other objects and use the same model, those are not implemented yet, like FlowerBlueCoin, uses the same model as FlowerBlue but it appears as a blue box.
If you don't see things like the stages is your romfs probably

if you can rig them yes, Mattshark was able to import a yoshi model you could try to ask to him

it's not like you put a city model and mario gets a gun, also i'm not taking requests to import models, i made that mk7 one to test if the importer from the editor works, try to import it yourself

It's a console game, we don't have the tools to edit the code of the game, it would require asmhacking or the source code, we can only create custom content like models and levels, all in the 3ds and game engine limitations, even things like a 1MB model freezes the console, imagine a whole gta city with npcs and stuff for shooting
