Please tell me if this will work.

New 3DSXL
9.2 sysNAND with emuNAND CFW
Reinand 10.7

will I be able to use this screen viewer?

And if yes, i should:
1. Install BootNTR.cia using Title Manager
2. What directory in the SDCard should I put this ntr.bin file?
3. Run ntrclient.exe and NTRViewer.exe in PC
4. Then remoteplay() after connected.

Sorry, seriously a noob here.

I am using sys9.2 and Rei 3.6 on 10.7, so I guess our setup is pretty similar.
Therefore:
YES it works..and pretty good tbh.

N3DS work:
1. Copy ntr.bin to the root of your SD card
2. Copy BootNTR.cia to anywhere on the SD card
3. Install BootNTR.cia with a cia Manager of your choice
4. Start NTR CFW by launching it from your homescreen
5. If it says successful, return to homescreen.
( else -> reboot NM3ds and restart from 4.)
6. Press X+Y on your N3ds and select 'Enable debugger'

PC work:
(after you enabled debugger on N3ds)
1. Start ntrclient
2. enter connect('N3DSIPADDRESS',8000) (e.g. connect('192.168.1.111',8000) )
3. enter remoteplay();
Start NTRViewer.exe

I've gotten it to work. Streamed it to twitch.

It's pretty sweet. I just hope sometime in the near future there are guides to improve the framerate. It's pretty great none the less.

I can straight up tell you that the NTR streams at a variable from 30-10 fps depending on the game.
And I say that because my twitch stream constantly drops frames from my internet connection.

OK, so I got everything to work EXCEPT when I try to actually play Omega Ruby, NTR Streaming Viewer goes black. Launching the game goes fine, and everything appears onscreen until I hit A on my save file, then NTR Viewer goes black. Does anybody know why this happens/how to fix it?

Some games will disable Wi-Fi connection after it started, to prevent the Wi-Fi to be disconnected, use the following command in NTR Debugger before starting the game:

write(0x0105AE4, (0x70, 0x47), pid=0x1a)

You can do that too. When I did it, I didn't feel like starting the game over to input the code, so I just connected to the internet in-game and it worked fine.

So what would be the best setup on obs to get a passable quality stream on twitch if I have this shitty setup:

Laptop:

i5-2410m @ 2.3ghz
8gb ram
Nvidia GeForce gt 520

Internet upload speed: 512kbps
Download speed: 15 Mbps

I am willing to sacrifice a lot of quality If I can get this potato stream to run at 20-25fps

My suggestion would be to use maybe 400kbps for video, 96kbps audio. Resolution at 400x240, 20fps. Set encoder settings to use your processor at the slowest preset possible without getting frame skips, then use JTVPing to find your best server.

Any idea why this happens? I can live with tapping "OK" to exit the communication failed error each time, but it would be nice not to have to.

if you have wine installed, do "wine NTRViewer.exe -l 1 -t 1.0 -b 0.5"
works for me on linux. mac should work the same

Just tap "OK" or hit the A button and you should be able to continue.
