Hacking Where is the Wiikey U?

If I was to guess I would say that a PC is used to dump the drive keys. However it's funny that it is taking this long :\

There are so many possibilities to get the key, c4eva obtained it several times on almost every 360 drive no matter what. If it's possible to read the NAND via Drive output, you could get the key from there ( if you know how to decrypt it ). With a FPGA you don't necessarily need a PC but who knows. I wish they would say at least something, want to play Bayonetta 2

Except any keys wouldn't be in the NAND, it'd be in the OTP. Hence why we need an IOSU exploit, because it locks us completely out otherwise.

Yeah I am tired of being offline waiting on 5.1. I have been using my WiiU a lot less since being offline and I want to buy some new games like S_Knight and Teslagrad. I just think like 45sec after I upgrade they will announce you need the browser exploit to get your keys..........how hard would it be to just tell us what to expect?

let's be honest, how many good games does the wiiu have? how many of them do you already own? is it worth not playing new games to wait for an opportunity to pay pirates to play games, that you probably would want to own physically anyway?
I think that not updating just for wiikeyu is stupid, it won't even allow region free or homebrew, only thing it will do, is play "backups"
considering how few good games there already are and are coming and considering, that I actually want to own those few games physically, I definitely won't hold back my gaming experience by not updating just for this illusive ODE, for which we haven't been provided ANY information at all so far, not even some basic proof of concept video or even any hint at all about which system software you would need

Exactly. I own a WiiU since May 2014, it's the package where Wind Waker HD was included. I've purchased 7 games until now. Mario Kart, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Hyrule Warriors, Mario 3D World, New Super Mario Bros U, Luigi U and Assasins Creed Black Flag (because it was so cheap). Pikmin 3 as download was for free, because of a promotion, and ZombiU as download just cost me 9 Euros.

If someone would donate ma a full working WiiU ODE, i would be to lazy, to install it to my WiiU. For what? I already own all good games the WiiU has. I would sell it immedialtly.

I also own a SuperSlim PS3, where an ODE is the only option to play Backups. But for what? The few PS3 exclusive titles i want, are all so cheap by now, that a Cobra ODE or PS3k3y would never be justified.

Well, what about all the less good games? There's a ton of games which would be nice to play, but not good enough to buy. For example, Wii Sports Club, Wheel of Fortune, Jeopardy, any of the sports games, or stupid party games, etc. I'd like to try out some fitness games, maybe dancing games. I don't want to buy Need for Speed, but would like to try it a little. There's actually a lot of games I'd like to try once or three times. I'm not going to play any of them enough to buy. Bayonetta 2 is a great game, but it's not my genre and I don't have time to play it. I want to play it just one time though to give it a chance. Maybe I will change my mind and want to buy it.

You can't rent games these days. Redbox will have Xbox and PS games, but they don't put Wii U games in there like they said they would. GameFly is only good if you want to play the games for awhile, not just for one night, and not just for a couple per month.

So piracy helps, it isn't just about the "good games". What about the "no gamez" I want to play those too. I can buy 10 games, I can't afford 200. Plus, we are only in the first third of the Wii U's life, the weak third. There will be many many more games.

If it allows me to play the games I already own and some that I don't that have been released, I'd would still buy one ...just so I can sell the games that I already do own.
Don't care for online play or dlc crap, my Wii U will never get to know what the internet is!
