The fact that the 3DS is not emulated on anything does not in any way cross out the possibility of emulating it in the future, and for all intents and purposes, ARM-based systems have a better chance of more accurate emulation due to the fact that they're based on similar architectures and could interpret the code natively to an extent.
Not at all actually, the game slot "spring" ( a piece of metal that pushes the card against the terminals) got caught on a ledge of the game cart now I am stuck with only one playable game.
'cause the 3DS spreads wide when it sees the PSVita... It likes to play games with it...
Looks like the PSVita does have game.
Impossible, It doesn't matter how far you put it in the spring still goes past the lip, must have been a defect.

Vita ain't powerful enough to emulate it. And even if it could, I wouldn't want to play 3DS games on it.
It doesn't have two-screens, support for 3D and uses a capacitive screen instead of a resistive one. 3DS games would be best played on the original system.

Well the PSP had a DS emulator IIRC. Not that it could do anything except for a few tech demos at like <10FPS.

You have to think of emulation like this..
If it takes {Y} amount of processing and graphical power to run say Super Mario 3d Land
Then it would take approximately five times the amount so: {Y} x 5 to run on a different system
This is due to the fact that emulation takes place in REAL TIME and this is also the reason that handhelds such as the PSP can't even run N64 games very well even though it has enough power to run some PS2 games that were ported over. I mean yes the N64 is not as good as a psp but in order for said psp to run the same thing on it as the n64 runs it would have to emulate it in real time taking much more processing and graphical power. Now if super mario 3D land were ported over and made to run on the PSVita by developers then it would likely handle it no problem. but it would be inferior because the Vita has no 3d capabilities.
I own both systems and love both of them equally so dont think I am bashing the vita here. However the 3ds does have a far superior game library at the moment. heres hoping the Vita doesnt go the way of the PSP and loose to the 3DS. lets face it the original ds had a much more extensive and better game library than the PSP. this is because the PSP developer tools were not the best and the psp never sold that well either. It could also be blamed on the huge amount of software piracy for the PSP very early in the Handhelds life.
I own both a DS and PSP also and there are so many good jap PSP games that never made it here due to poor NA sales and other factors. Its a cryin shame. So in other words buy lots of PSvita games and systems if you guys actually want good games to come out!!!
