I translate the name of all the Digimon in French, I would have ended within a short time, I post the file. cvs once I've finished (between English and French versions, there is very little difference in names ;)

so after finish translating what to do next? do you use re pointers in hex editors to re point the translated text into the free space... and how do you make it as a patch for the iso via ppf o matic??

I think Roxas75 working on a tool that can extract, compile the file containing the text, then, that these tools are after release, there could be a partially translated (yet).

Guys, i've done the Unpacker/Packer tool, i didn't implement the text editing, becouse the Falo's tool does the same work, we can use that.

Here it is, just select the ARCV0 and ARCVLIST to extract and reinsert the files, it require the framework .NET 4.0
The translation can begin! ;)

Nice one. Although I would appreciate to be able to chose what I actually want to extract and insert. Would make it easier for testing if the translation actually fits in the textbox(etc).

Also keep in mind that there are still a lot of images that also have japanese text and need to be translated. the tutorials for examples.

So we need an Image Extractor/Editor+Reinserter as well.

Just a question, does this tool rebuild the VRAM section as well ?
I finished a repacker, but i did not want a release before i can fully rebuild file table, VRAM and PGD section.
I think the game may crash at some point when you don't rebuild VRAM with the new size.

Great job, i was looking forward to a translation, Hope someone does a type 0 one.
I also made Type-0 translation tools, but i never released them, because you cannot translate the story without cracking the entire map script, a menu-only translation for a Final Fantasy game is useless.

I applaud whoever does this because i loved digimon world and i feel this would be like bringing back my childhood, i wish .hack//link had a full translation too as i am a fan of the .hack// franchise
