Hacking Zelda Skyward Sword Bug (Using Cheats)?

I have been playing Zelda Skyward Sword on my Wii U and am using a few cheats (Gecko). Anyway, when I ask Fi for advice, she is telling me to go to Lanayru Desert to get something for my Sword. Thing is, I am just now going into Faron Woods for the first time and don't think I go to Lanayru Desert until later in the game... Is this a known bug/glitch? Even though Fi is telling me to go elsewhere, events and such are happening in the game as they should. Thoughts and help appreciated

That's probably a glitch or a bug of the cheats since I didn't had any troubles. I need to say that I DIDN'T use cheats.

Yeah, that's too early. You messed up the game with your cheats.
