Gaming Your wii has an unauthorised device installed

Okay, i was about to play a game on my wiikey modded (1.9g firmware) wii.
then i got a message saying something like: you got an unauthorised device installed.
Unsure what it exactly said since i plugged out the feeding cable asap.
Anyone else had this message? Any solutions?

seems like the wiikey firmware is buggy - did you try SMG? Wiikey team did say the wiikey firmware update is BETA, so I guess it's no surprise that some are having problems.

You don't need to pull the cable out, they're not going to track you down. Just try the game again, if you keep getting the error, dunno what to do

You had no problem flashing the wiikey right?

Yeah, got it trying to play smg.
Just tried to play a original game, that works.
Lemme try smg again, it used to work before...

Okay, no weird messages now, i feared my wii might be bricked at first, but all is fine now.
Flashed my wiikey without trouble indeed

well like i said it's probably buggy firmware update from wiikey, others have had the same message and then restarted the wii. no harm done. also double posting is frowned upon, so just use the edit button

yah that also happened to me last night
but I tried again and it worked
