Yours is not bad i only just got Broadband 1 month and a half ago. When i had dial up it was much worse. About 3-6 KB/s download and about a 10 KB/s upload. Only reason i got broadband is cause i got a free for a year deal that my isp had (but a crap cap......1GB

This is why I keep bugging my parents about getting anything that's not dial up. They won't budge; say that we will at one point or another.
