Yes. I've even tried using decrypt9 on both ninjhax and Spider. None works.

weird. are u sure u have generate ncchinfo.bin from the converter?. ncchinfo.bin should be valid. last time my file is 0KB due to technical issue. just ensure the file is valid

The ncchinfo.bin is 1KB.

hm. if u have ncchinfo.bin in sd card, rxtools will generate xorpad which located in root of sd card too.
