Hello, everyone!

I want to discuss one specific issue that happened to me.
I'm rarely describing problems on forums, but today's trouble is a pain in my a*s.

I've recently bought an xk3y with a remote to play game ISOs (my DVD copies scratch too easily).
On this xk3y was dummy.bin from the other owner, so I can see his DVD model, key, etc.
Xk3y was tested using only the Xbox DVD power cord to check components.

It's time to install an emulator on Xbox.

I've prepared Xecutter JProgrammer to read NAND and X360Ace v5 to run Xell.
Everything was done perfectly; now I have two copies of the NAND dump, keys, and a bunch of files created with J-Runner tools.
Working on the Xbox 360 Slim Trinity MFG 05/19/2010 was like a dream. :)
The console now has restored OFW and still works fine, DVD drive with official games too.

What exactly happened?

While testing xk3y on the power cord only, I broke the USB flex.
Okay, so temporarily I've cut the bent part and scratched the protection from the track endings.
Easily repaired, quite hard to diagnose if the remote won't turn on immediately and is hanging on the Xkey logo.
Tomorrow will come 3 flexes, so it will be well connected in the future, and I'll have "backup" when something happens.
Now my temporary solution works well, so let's go further.

Apparently you can use cpu.txt, dvd.txt (keys), fcrt_enc.bin (from NAND dump), and an empty text file named with your DVD FW version instead of dumping dummy.bin from the DVD drive.
After placing it on a micro SD card, the xk3y on the remote says "No FW File" and E64 error on the console. WTH?!

Now I need to place a dummy dump, but I wanted to find a way to omit dumping.
Yes, I know it's an easy way to read this, especially on LiteOn DG-16D4S 9504, but I don't have the right hardware.
The laptop on Chinese adapters shows only a USB mass storage device with an error on Device Manager (Win7 x64 Enterprise).
Using my DVD key, I've created lots of dummy.bin files for 9504 OFW, 0272 OFW, CFW, and LT also.
All without result—No FW File on remote and E64.
By default, on my laptop I have shown known file extensions, so the issue with "dummy.bin.bin" didn't concern me.

Update from 1.30 to 2.01-4, format and restore the whole 1.06 image to the micro SD card, and again update didn't bring any result.

I spent hours reading forums and watching YouTube to find a solution, and I found a way to use DVD OFW and place the necessary info.
Using Jungle Flasher 0.1.96b, I've loaded an empty OFW of LiteOn DG-16D4S and pasted the DVD key, serial number, laser number, PCB number, and HW version.
The program automatically created the dummy_fixed.bin file.

Now it should work like a charm... not this time!
Xk3y is still f***ing blind.

Last chance to test it—let's download dummy files from other people's public drives (yes, they exist; for example, in Poland, we have the website chomikuj.pl; it's like a MEGA drive or Google Drive, but almost all files have public access).
Anyway, I've downloaded 4 different DVD dumps and tested it with the power cord only—still nothing.

Normally you'll say, Just buy another xk3y.
Sure, but at this time it's quite hard to get this sh*t.
Emulation will probably not work anymore, but Passthru works fine.

While looking for my xk3y, I've asked many of the console services in the whole country if anyone has this thing somewhere.

Any chance for me?
