SO with all that LGP NSP stuff going on i want to know is there a way to ignor the FW requirment with an XCI? i know that we can install NSPs with Tinfoil and it gives us the option to do that.

.XCI files don't have metadata in them that inflate their firmware requirements hence why Tinfoil has an Ignore Required Firmware Version feature. The feature's name is still hella misleading but it cannot be made to work for .XCI files.

For the record I know about the 5.0 encryption keys and that the newer nsps(or game updates) force a 6.1 fw with out new keys (that's how the tinfoil feature works)

So newer XCIs don't have that requirement for 6.x good to know
