Im in US so idk where you can get flashed! But i can tell you for around $100 you can get a LIZARD or 360USB PRO and do your own simply!

If you never use LIVE nothing can really happen! With the exception of an update on a game which can keep your games from working! Always read the boards wherever you get your games from and make sure updates are safe to do!

You would be best off looking in team xecuter's & 360mods forums, as they have forum sections dedicated to modders.

I'm sure there will be people in your area, failing that plenty of mail order drive flashers myself included.
