Hacking WUP installer question...

I installed Mario kart 8 .... but i also have the update folder from WII u USB helper, do i also install that? or did WUP installer already did so? Do i launch the Mario kart 8 ? then exit and install update or what.

i dont need to have NUUPatcher on correct? I just simply launch no sigpatch or anything (Im not using DLC) and it will update?

Yeah, it updates just like any normal Wii U game.

I have DNS on so it blocks it.

Oh, well that makes sense. Just disable the DNS, launch Mario Kart 8, let it update, and enable the DNS again afterwards.

Something you could do, make another wifi connection in the settings (which is the same as the first connection) but add the dns there.
So you can always switch to no dns and dns blocked connection if you have to. Saves you a few minutes.
