    What is it?Also what is the purpose of waninkokos updater if you can just update your wii the normal way

    a forwarder channel does not contain the actual dol itself, but only a small loader that will load a certain dol from a fixed location on sd. if the application gets updated, all you have to do is to replace the file on sd
    waninkoko's updater only installs what is necessarry and leaves the trucha bug intact.

    Consider a forward channel to be a hyperlink that links a channel on your Wii Menu to a dol on your SD card.

    if you have updated the regular way then the trucha bug is fixed correct?

    yes, a normal update would install new versions of the ios files, with trucha bug fixed

    No. But if you want to enable Trucha back for a particular IOS, you'll have to do it manually. Might wanna try TBR (Trucha Bug Restorer)
