with these emulators that claim dvd reading support, to load roms, what is the proper way to go about burning a dvd with these roms? are there any like 256 files per folder limit (i think i read some file per folder limit, just cant find it now) do i use imgburn or some crap?

    edit

since INSTALLING the backup loader, none of my emulators will load from dvd... whats t he problem?

And if your impatient like me, you can use an already compiled version here on GBATemp, though it has a few bugs.

OK, dumb question. For those emus that support it do I need a modded wii, or will it work fine with an unmodded one?

You must have the dvd access library installed (get it here) and then it will work with an unmodded wii.

libdi is only for developers who want to integrate DVD support in their software.
for users, there is dvdx. that is all you need.

You're not too bright are you?
If you want to load ROMs off DVDs, use Normal Install or install it on IOS36.
    One or the other.

And about the "upcoming 005 snes9x", that post was on September 5th.
