Certainly a brilliant homebrew idea that has much potential. The biggest flaw with Pictochat was that it could only perform ad-hoc chatting.

Woctochat is basically a clone of Pictochat that allows 2 DS consoles to connect together using their IP addresses.

Yes, assuming 123.456.7.89 is running server.exe.
