I know this sounds silly but does it actually play the games in 3D?
Not a silly question at all, it actually does play them in 3D. (Though I did encounter a bug where I had to move the depth slider into 3D mode before I launched the CIA version, otherwise it would be constantly stuck in 2D regardless. Not sure about the 3dsx version...)

PVB Emulator Fundraiser started

Guy Perfect has started a Patreon fundraising campaign to work full-time on the PVB Emulator project, which aims to create a Virtual Boy emulator for 3DS, alongside other cool things.

Virtual Boy on the go, in its full stereoscopic 3D glory, available to millions of players. If you too think this sounds awesome, head over to the announcement forum thread for all the juicy details.

I'd recommend that all efforts should be put into this, as it is the best chance right now of getting a full VB emulator with 3D support on a 3DS.

Very excited about this project, people almost never go full time on a project like this. We could end up with an amazing emulator, just signed on as a patreon. Hoping for the best! :grog:

Honestly I don't really like the idea of someone developing an emulator based on Licensed Software off the back of a fundraising project, I often like to see various emus with many contributions from the community, many of them open source so anyone has a shot at tinkering and making them stable. After all this is for the hobbyist not Entrepreneurship,
Just IMHO.

Teleroboxer does not work, can’t get past intro screen, drums are not present. bottom screen taunts me with “press any key to exit. Even when I wait for the slow intro to finish, it crashes as Harry punches the screen before the title of the game loads. (which does not happen) I don’t care about hardware accuracy, just make the emulator run the games good and well. Not verbatim.

Is there an option in the r3Ddragon emulator to change the color palette to black and white, instead of black and red? It's better on my eyes.

There isn't, sorry.
Should be a simple change if I ever get back to this.

I want to try this but I've been hoping it becomes more complete and stable. I don't know what your current plans are.

I was excited about it until I read that it doesn't work on Old 3DS. Still, it is very interesting to know that there is a Virtual Boy emulator, just a pity that I will not be able to test on my console.
