I was able to find fieldrunners eur ticket qr code for fbi. So now i i delete my nnid or just format my 3ds system and when fasthax comes out will i be able to install the ticket and download the game then??

No the game needs to be 100% legit. Also you can't install non legit tickets on a unhacked console.

No the game has to be 100% legit to move over it the other console.
And you cannot install a ticket on a console without sig patches meaning you need a hacked console running CFW to install it.

must need a hacked console in order for it to run the sig. & the game must me legit af...... I wondered that at a point In time until I was introduced to GBAtemp.
