The 5.5.6 update removing coldboot CFWs is a known issue. So do what others said and re-run the CBHC installer which will bring coldboot back.
Or, even better, remove the "DO NOT TOUCH" app from data management (this is save as long as it isn't coldbooted) and install Tiramisu. Way less brick risk (esp. with a daughter who seems to manipulate the system without informing herself about the risks first) and you seem to be really afraid to brick, so, yea, Tiramisu would be your best friend.
