Homebrew WiiSX or PCSX-Revolution?

I know there's been some other threads about this but, they didnt really answer my question.

So my question is, which of these 2 emulators have better fps, as example on a game like: Spyro 3.

I just dont know why these PSX emulators dont have a 240p video mode to look like a real PS1 on a CRT. Even NOT64 have a option to play the games withtout the interlacing shit (not64/settings.txt videomode=3)
